WPF!?!

An alena botanica original, soiled by Irene

One of the harder parts of the flood clean up was seeing artwork muddied, in tatters and unsalvageable on the garbage pile. The prospect for artists faced with having to recreate their entire collections and inventory from scratch was and still is daunting. So when it came time to start planning the Moretown Artisans’ Sale, it seemed only fitting that we incorporate a fundraiser to aid the artists this sale was started by in the first place!

Our commemorative t-shirt will only be available at the Moretown Artisans' Sale, while supplies last!

This year, we are pleased to announce the Wet Paint Fund! Conveniently located in booth #1 at the Moretown Artisans’ Sale, you’ll find our super cool commemorative flood tshirts in men’s, women’s and even kid’s sizes, making them perfect gifts for everyone you know. You’ll also be able to bid on items in our silent auction, featuring a wide array of artwork donated by our vendors (check out our silent auction list here!) and make donations directly to the WPF. All proceeds will be distributed as grants for deserving local artists with the aim to help them get their businesses back on track.

The deadline to apply for a Wet Paint Fund grant is December 16. Click here for our short and easy application and get yours in today! Please share this news with anyone you think should apply and we’ll see you December 10 & 11 at the Moretown Elementary School!
